The message of Coffee Lacrosse couldn’t be more clear: “We are a brand with two shops and wish to grow with locations all over Europe. Therefore we need a strong brand which is not only focussed on coffee.”
Scaling up the activities of a brand demands consistency throughout all its materials and strict brand guidelines for the new shops and potential franchises. La Movida started with a brainstorm session with Coffee Lacrosse to make sure we fully understood their short and long-term strategy before further developing their brand. We updated their brand guidelines and website, designed new menus and started to work on the first gadgets they will sell in the shops and online.
