We reimagined the showroom experience from the ground up, blending product clarity with brand emotion. The design focused on clear zoning, intuitive product presentation, and an elevated yet approachable aesthetic. Every corner of the space was curated to support the visitor journey — from discovery to understanding.
But this wasn’t a one-off. Alongside the redesign, we developed a comprehensive Showroom Guideline Book: a detailed tool that enables Daikin’s internal teams and partners to replicate the experience across markets, while staying consistent in look, feel, and flow.
The result: one showroom redesigned — and a system built to scale.
