Located next to Daikin’s BeLux headquarters in Wavre, the Experience Center needed more than a refresh — it needed a rethink. The goal was to turn a static product space into a dynamic, branded environment that informs professionals and end clients while reflecting the innovation and quality of the Daikin brand.
We redesigned the full space around the visitor journey, balancing technical depth with visual clarity. Zoning, lighting, materials, and layout were all curated to guide users intuitively — while also making the space feel open, warm, and purposefully designed.
This wasn’t just about aesthetics. It was about creating a true experience — one that supports training, product discovery, and brand storytelling in equal measure. From concept to execution, we handled the spatial strategy, creative direction, and coordination with Daikin’s internal and external partners.
